FM160 soft tube filling and sealing machine is a type of new packaging machinery which is independently developed and designed and manufactured by our company. The FM160 soft tube filling and sealing machine provides secure and stable production at high speeds via frequency converter to modulate the velocity, so making filling more precise. The filling machine may be used independently, or united with fully automatic carton package machine, fully automatic shrink film packaging machinery to become a linkage production line.

2. Cylinder severed as spring of cam roller assures constant elasticity.
3. Adopting advanced imported synchronous belt delivering tube cup, encoder and PLC communication programming and touch screen operator panel, etc.

1. Filling mechanism:
Filling form: Valve body cylinder structure.
Filling head: Combination blow-off and cut-off (Prevent leakage and outflow)

No tube-no filling function: Two sets of separate no tube-no filling devices to provide double assurance.
2. Sealing mechanism:
Mechanism form: Cam connecting rod
Metal tube: Metal folding on side or saddle shaped folding on both sides.
Plastic tube and laminated tube: Adopting the heat wind sealing.(equipped with water cool circuit).
3.Main electric system:
Adopting complete set of SIEMENS electric system to guarantee the whole system stability;The pneumatic products are purchased from Festo cylinder; Sensors are purchased from Banner in America and Turck in Germany; Protection switches are purchased from Schmersal.

Working principles of FM160 Soft Tube Filling and Sealing Machine:
1. Soft tube working:
In order to solve the problem of easily producing air bubble and splash at filling, soft tube should be lifted to make the pour heads enter the proper position at bottom of soft tube, soft tubes are filled as decline until filling finishes, then soft tubes pause for some time, in the meanwhile the pour nozzles are blown –off and cut-off to make the pour head very clean, finally soft tubes drop and enter next process. The pour head and nozzle are combined with a quick changeover joint to guarantee no ointment residual and easily to disassemble and clean.
2. Device for detecting and cleaning of soft tubes:
Before filling the machine, it will make detection to the shape of soft tube, if meeting the fault tube the machine will make alarm or stop operation, and make a cleaning of qualified tube inner wall.

3. Automatic adjustable device for load capacity:
Different batch ointment density is slightly different, so having a effect on pour capacity. This device is used to slightly adjust to pour capacity, operation is finished on touch screen, so it is very convenient.
4. Fault tubes automatic exclusion device:
Used to detect the fault tubes and automatic exclusion and collect.

Production Capacity of FM160 Filling and Sealing and Packaging Union Production Line The production speed of the whole line is the same as FM160 soft tube filling and sealing machine which is 120to 140 tube/carton per minute.
Joining Manner of FM160 Filling and Sealing and Packaging Union Production Line
In union production line, the machine adopts the conveyer belt purchased from Kangbai company ( produced by Holland) and two layers four stepping servo system due to every machine having power. Because performance is stable and reliable, it has been applied by many pharmaceutical factories.

Working principles of FM160 Filling and Sealing and Packaging Union Production Line:
The soft tubes from 2 ways filled and sealed in filling machine enter the moving conveyer belt through slide road, if the swing cabinet has tubes, controlling system will play a role, that is to blow the soft tubes out of the conveyer belt (equipped with collecting box), otherwise will enter the upper layer of swing cabinet, the tubes are put into lower layer by stepping motor taking Plexi glass barrier turn via photoswitch detection, delivering two plates as swinging by servo for a cycle in swing cabinet, then soft tubes drop into corresponding operation plates from open lower layer swinging cabinet in proper position and enter next process of the carton machine.
