FM200 High Speed Soft Tube Filling and Sealing Machine
FM200 high speed soft tube filling and sealing machine is a type of new packaging machinery, developed and designed and manufactured by our company. This kind of packaging machinery operation is controlled by mechanical cam and pneumatic component etc. Mechanical cam is a forged steel part which assures durability. Adopting advanced imported synchronous belt delivering tube cup, encoder and PLC communication programming and touch screen operator panel. The FM200 high speed soft tube filling and sealing machine provides secure and stable production at high speeds via frequency converter to modulate the velocity, so making filling more precise. The whole FM200 high speed soft tube filling and sealing machine may be used independently, or united with fully automatic carton package machine, fully automatic shrink film package machine to become a linkage production line. FM200 high speed soft tube filling and sealing machine meets the GMP standards.
Features of FM200 Soft tube Filling and Sealing Machine:
1. FM200 high speed soft tube filling and sealing machine adopts servo filling and servo lifting device. The speed, volume and starting and ending time of filling may be set on person and machine interface; the speed and height of rise, starting time of rise and the starting and ending time of blow off after filling may be set too.(See figure 1)
2. The sealing device of FM200 high speed soft tube filling and sealing machine may incline and invert, easily to clean, check and repair and replace the fittings. (See figure 2)
3. The filling nozzle and servo rise system carry out the advanced filling operation from down to up at the bottom of soft tube, ensuring the non bubble and non-spray filling, the advanced filling nozzle also ensures the clean and non-leakage filling. (See figure 3)
4. FM200 high speed soft tube filling and sealing machine may adopt full automatic tube-delivery system and reduce level of noise of the normal tube-delivery system.
5. FM200 high speed soft tube filling and sealing machine high speed soft tube filling and sealing machine also may adopt semi-automatic feeding system to fill the tube.
6. FM-200 high speed soft tube filling and sealing machine is a high-speed filling machine is suitable to filling multi-type material as well. For those materials uneasy to filling, for example, food in large tube, ointment in small tube, FM-200 high speed soft tube filling and sealing machine can provide satisfied quality of filling and sealing.
