Working principle of Full-Automatic Suppository Manufacture Machine Set
1. Rolls of the packing membrane will enter into filling procedure automatically after making a statue to take shape by the machine, and then already stirred equally medicine fluid is filled into the cavities through metering pump.
2. The semifinished products will be entered into condenser to lower down the temperature, in certain time through the cooling system cause the medicine fluid to coagulate.
3. Then the suppository granules will enter into seal phase, simultaneously reshaping, beating batch number and further shearing to take shape.
4. At last, the line of small suppository granules will be sheared into segments according to the length preestablished.
